Surya Namaskar: Sun Salutation, a series of yoga poses performed in a flowing sequence to energize the body and mind.
Asana: Practice of yoga postures or asanas, which promote strength, flexibility, and balance.
Pranayama: Breath control techniques that help regulate and deepen the breath, promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
Mudras & Bandhas: Hand gestures (mudras) and energy locks (bandhas) used to channel energy and enhance concentration.
Shat Kriya: A set of six cleansing practices aimed at purifying the body and mind.
Meditation: Mindfulness or concentration practices to cultivate inner peace, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
